I am not able to eat properly as I am having bitter taste in each and every food since last 3 months. Stomach disorder. Also, my weight has dropped by 10 kg in last 3 months. Complete body skin colour is getting dark even in unexposed parts. Low BP and high bilirubin -1.56 mg/DL. Consulted many doctors but no improvement.

My mother is a diabetic and takes glycomet 500 every night.  Recently,  she started taking apple cider vinegar diluted in water before food at night.  However,  her sugar level has increased as a result. Why is it so when apple cider vinegar is good for diabetics.

I was diagonesd with diabetes 4 months ago and my doctor told me that i dont need to take medicines if i change my Lifestyle i had 6.5 hba1c levels since then i was only focusing on my diet and regular 1 hour walk consistently it reduced to 6.01 after 3 months. Now today i checked my sugar today with the testing kit fasting gave me 100 and after eating 1.5hrs it came as 102 i dont understand if the after eating result which i got means low sugar?? Is it again an issue or now i have become normal i. Dont have sugar? Please clarify what shall be concluded?

Hello, i am 31 years old male, i suffering from hypertension from last 10 month, bp was 160/100. Some family problem that time, very stressful condition.
