I have hypocortisolism as per blood report is it curable. Can endocrinologist doctor cure it I want yo back. My healthy skin

I get sweaty while eating foods with little red chilly even in winters .even if fan is open in winters I still get sweat..what is the problem please explain..

I have been facing childhood, i m. Not able to build muscles and dry skin wrinkles too much. My general physician suggest me to go fot endocrinologist gland issues make doesnot convert into fat and protein it makes u dry skin and wrinkles.

Even I have been in health food schedule my muscles not developing and shrinked and wrinkled skin. And waist to feet too much wrinkles skin. No water content on my skin in hand and legs. Wht shall i do is endocrinologist can cure this issues.
