I have 131.8 as fasting and 148 as pp sugar level. i came to know this some one month ago, when i started going urination for 4to 5 times urination in night. what should i do and what should i take care of.

Is Brown sugar release same sugar levels in blood like white sugar?? If it is what is benefit of using Brown sugar to diabetic??

I was taking glycomet and after I have stopped it my bleeding has become normal. I took it almost for an year and for once my periods got late but bleeding was normal. I was diagnosed with PCOD and had done 3 cycles of Femara 2.5 mg and 2 cycles of clomid 100mg for ovulation but at that time too i had scanty periods. I have put on weight after stopping it but now my periods seem regular and not scanty anymore. Should i consider it as a good sign or I'm falling back into the PCOD condition again? I have stopped taking the medicines because I was having major acidity and reflux issues. Now I'm taking medication for GERD.

Hi Iam 36 year old male. From past 5 days iam facing frequent urination and drinking lot of water. Due to frequent urination it has disturbed my sleep and regular lifestyle also. Iam getting pain in my legs and specially calfs. I consulted my general physician and he asked me to go for routine urine test and blood sugar (fasting and PP). test number came too high. My blood sugar was normal till last i checked but dont know how it came too high. Urine test : Glucose - 4+ Blood sugar test: Fasting: 535 PP: 653 I dont know how it increased so suddenly. Although My father is diabetic. Please guide me what should I do. Are these number suggests I have diabetes now. Please guide.
