I want to know symptoms or early signs of this because i am very health conscious and i want to stop it in advance or avoid it fully so that i never suffer from any such problems

My father has diabetes and his pp sugar test came 232 What should i do he also cant get good sleep in night and has a higher appetite of having healthy food products like paneer and milk products. How should i maintain his sugar

I have hypothyroidism. Should I avoid wheat? I have saw somewhere that, thyroid patients should not take wheat and gluten. But my doctor said its okay to take them. What should I do? I am very concerned. And my weight is also increasing and i am very stressed about that.

I tested my Fasting Glucose on 16 Nov 2018 from a reputed lab and the count came to 105 mg/dL. Then I got a Random Glucose test done on 27 Nov 2018 on an accuchek active glucometer and te reading was 87mg/dL. Again I did a Fasting Glucose on an accuchek active on 30 Nov 2018 (today) and the reading was 106 mg/dL. I would like to add that I had half a tablet of Penegra Xpress (sildenafil citrate) last night. Does the glucose readings have any thing to do with sildenafil citrate?
