SUGAR & LIPID profile
My height is about 5'5" & weight 56Kg I checked for Sugar & Lipid profile test: My fasting sugar (12 hrs) - 92 (before test I jogged for 20min, which I daily do) Post fasting (2 hrs) - 103 Cholesterol level Total cholesterol - 163 HDL - 38 LDL - 109 Triglycerides- 70 Risk ratio - 4.2 My question is both my reports are normal (totally fine) ? Or I am at the urge of obtaining these diseases cos I have heard fasting blood sugar should be in 80-90 for a healthy person although below 100 is normal. As mine is 92 & second question risk ratio of TL/HDL - 4.2 is it normal ? For healthy person HDL should be high typically between 40-60 but mine is 38?
