Hair loss diet
Hello doctor, I had suffered from hypothyroidism for the past 4 months and irregular periods too. I took propylthiouracil for about 3 months and novelon for 3 months and femilon for 3 months. Now the TSH level is normal. Still there is hair loss for me. How to promote hair growth? I have been consuming soaked green gram, black gram, sesame , peanuts, badham for about 4 months. Is it enough for hair growth? Will these foods promote hair growth?
