I am a 41 year old lady. While my evening walk I met a friend who was telling me that she has got thyroid nodule. I have heard about hypothyroidism, but what is this thyroid nodule? What can cause nodule in the thyroid gland? Can it be because of any food habits?

Hi my TSH is 8.470 microU/ml and Vitamin B-12 is 140.40 pg/ml. My hands and legs is swell up easily and it is painful when I walk.

I am diabetic since 2 years and I had been taking DIAPRIDE 1mg once in morning but my sugar levels were not under control so I consulted a diabetologist last to last week and he diagnoised and asked me to take Galvus 50 mg and Metgem 500mg both once a day along with diapride 1mg. I am taking my tablets as prescribed but I am facing severe bloating and stomach ache since 4-5 days and I have burning sensation in my abdomen. Is it a side effect of the tablets I have started to take? Please suggest me a remedy for it.

Yesterday I did my fasting suger test. The report says it's 126. Pls someone suggest medicine for my suger problem
