The father of the person whom I might marry died of diabetics. What are the probability that he might get diabetics or my children getting it . What precautions I should take so that he and my children are heathy .

The probability of diabetes is high in genetically related individuals, especially if the lifestyle is unhealthy, overweight, those already having high blood pressure or cholesterol, those who consume more of fast food/junk food/oily foods. Healthy diet and regular exercise is essential to prevent it.
