I have done the blood sugar test yestarday and the test result as below. Fasting sugar 123 Hba1c 5.7% Totel cholesterol 251 Tryclycerides 227 Please advise am i prediabetic person or type 2 diabetic person? Should i take medicine or it can be reversed by diet and exercises?

How much is PP blood sugar . As per fasting you are having high lipid and high sugar also but HBA1c is in range . So get the pp blood sugar also done and share
