My FBS is 114 my PPBS is 90 and HBA1C is 5.3. How to reduce FBS. I want to know if I am a pre-diabetic?

You are not prediabetic. Check fasting sugar after 12 hrs overnight fasting . Avoid late night dinner or sweets . Go for calorie burning exercise

Daily walk 30 minutes per day. If HbA1c is normal.. You need not worry. Avoid carbohydrate rich diet Avoid oily foods junk foods

Your Hb1ac is normal so nothing to worry just do Life style modification..avoid carbohydrate rich food...do exercise daily..take healthy nutritious food..
