Hello doctor, I had suffered from hypothyroidism for the past 4 months and irregular periods too. I took propylthiouracil for about 3 months and novelon for 3 months and femilon for 3 months. Now the TSH level is normal. Still there is hair loss for me. How to promote hair growth? I have been consuming soaked green gram,black gram, sesame , peanuts, badham for about 4 months. Is it enough for hair growth? Will these foods promote hair growth?

Last week I went for medical check-up doctor said my I need to start medicine for diabetes. But I don't want to start medicine I am doing regular exercise... And I want check my sugar levels after one month Suggest me do I need to go for medicine now or my sugar levels will be normal by doing regular exercise and following proper diet and also faty liver found in report Report attached..
