Thyroid fluctuate
Hi,
I had hypothyroidism since 20 year. All time normal with 25mg thronorm. But since last one year fluctuating. If 50mg taken then goes to lower than minimum. If 25mg continue then goes higher than maximum range.
I tried by salt change from thyronorm to Eltroxin. But no relief.
Please suggest.

Your requirement of the hormone is between 25 amd 50, so one dose is not working well. Start 25 mcg mon to Thursday and 50 mcg on Fri , sat, sun.
Repeat TSH after 6 weeks and consult doctor. Don't titrate the doses by yourself. .
