Hi, I have hypothyroidism and want to lose weight so I wanted to know if it is safe to start a keto diet?

My RBS 142mg/DL, PPBS 165mg/DL, FBS 124mg/DL and HbA1c 6.2%. I have a family history of diabetes. Can I prevent this from progressing to diabetes? My height is 174cm, weight 65kgs. My AST is 42 and ALT 56 what can I do for liver health?

Hi doctor , From April month , sometimes I'm getting problm in my throat , When I'm drinking , I feel something is there , while I'm eating same things, But sometimes it's normal .. First I thought it would go away or something in my throat due to cold, But from April to Dec , I'm feeling same problm ( most of the time I feel ) , Is it due to thyroid grand problem ?
