I m non diabetes person.myblast suger check up was done around 8 month back...all were normal...should I go for suger check up every year?

It depends on your risk of getting diabetes in future. If you are overweight, have high blood pressure/ cholesterol/ heart issues in self or blood related family members, then you must get the tests done annually.
