Dear sir i am looking for a medicine for hight blood sugar my hb1ac is 9.15 since last one year...can you please suggest me a good medicine to control sugar

I went for a blood checkup recently and the report says TSH 5.070 Kindly let me know if this is within normal range or do I have any thyroid complications.

In 2014 I weighed 120kgs, I got my blood tested to find out that my TSH was 12 and T4 was 4.8 (below the normal limit) while T3 was normal. Between 2014-17 I got my blood tested 4-5 times where T4 was low and TSH was high. I reduced my weight and followed a proper diet but did not start any medication, Now in 2018 I weigh 84kgs, I follow a proper diet my T4 and T3 are under the prescribed limit but my TSH is still at 10.80 while the limit is 5.50. My problem is that I have extreme emotional shifts, sometimes I'm perfectly normal but after a couple of minutes I'll be very cranky and irritating.                       I have a few questions: Is this normal? Is my hypothyroid under control? Do hypothyroidism patients need compulsory medication? Can i control my hypothyroid without medication (like diabetes/BP) ?? Nobody in my family (including my maternal and paternal forefathers) had hypothyroid, I did not have any thyroid surgery ... Then why did it happen to me? Is it even hypothyroid?

I have low blood sugar level n I'm suffering from melazma since 5 years.face is getting dark day by day. specially undereye n mouth area is getting too dark thought other body parts are normal

My fasting is 134 and pp is 279 am i diabetic. Wethere it is necessary to take medicine immediateley Pl suggest what to do

Now on Medicine,( metformin 500mg +glimepiride 1mg) bd.., for 3 months, now report fbs- 98, PP - 125,. Is need to reduce medicine

My father is having diabetes for 23 years. From last month he started taking insuline. He is following a proper diet and taking his meal on proper time without any delay. Thorough out the day his blood sugar level remains normal even at morning. But during night after dinner his sometimes his blood sugar level becomes 11-13 mmol/L sometime it remains under 10mmol/L. However he has split his meal into two. What should be done to overcome from this problem.

Iam suffering with hypothyroidism since 2years.now iam taking thyronorm 50mcg.aftrr three months I again went for thyroid profile. Iam attaching my report. Please advice me that do i have to continue this medications or different dosage.

HBA1C results 41mmol is normal or prediabetic kindly suggest . Eating more sweets and chocolates during the past 4 months also affects HBA1C .
