Hi, I am having below levels of TSH, T4 and T3: Serum T4 : 3.7 ng/dL Serum T3 : 61.99 ng/dL TSH : 1.39 uIU/mL Please suggest if diet/lifestyle changes can improve the levels or i need medications for this. Thanks in advance!

All the all the reports are within normal limits good diet avoiding cabbage and cauliflower high protein diet neck exercises to improve
