My mother has triglycerides level above 600.she also have diabetes and thyroid. What are diet and lifestyle modification she should make.? What are food she should take

Is sugar free natura is  bad for health Taking 5 to 6 drops per day Can it cause some gastric problem ?? Please explain

Hello, My husband named Jawahar age 48 his .  1)  left leg is swollen too much from knee. Rt leg slightly swollen nearly 6 yrs. 2) pain on left upper stomach by side and at the back too, 3) small wounds appears and vanish on all over the left side body. 4) Black patches appeared and itching on the private part. 5) Prostrate swollen for about nearly 12 years. 6) now recently small wounds appears on the head and it is itching. 7) hands and nails are looking pale .

Along with Thyronorm medication what else we can do as supportive therapy to maintain or reduce TSH levels. Any specific food/diet is required. Do's and don'ts. Please suggest.

Dear Doctor, My sister has diabetes and also breastfeeding her baby. Since sugar levels was high doctor advised her to take glycomet 1-0-1. But even after taking tablets sugar levels was still little high. So doctor changed the tablet to Reclide Xr 60 in the morning alone and glycoment 500 mg in night. She's also breastfeeding her 18 months old daughter. Will these medications affect the baby in any means?? Kindly advice.
