Basically I'm from bangalore but have trust on doctors from Kerala my brother is a diabetic type 1 patient from past 3 years now he's 24 year old medicated on insulin 3 times a day 20-10-8( doseage) and at ni8 he's taking lantus 20.. But the current situation is that he isn't coperative in taking insulin and wanna change to homeopathy so it could be tablets...i wanna find a homeopathy doctor specialist in diabetic treatment ... I request to find me a online doctor from kerala to sort out my issue...hoping for a reply.. Thank you

Having on off excessive urine issues since a month ( excess urine volume) With excess thrist.. First, doctor gave me 5 days antibiotic course but no relief Then all reports came normal... Blood sugar is 96, kidney, Liver function normal, TSH normal, Cholesterol normal, Cbc, urine routine,  analysis, all normal Urine gravity 1005 Except my Serum Osmolality which is 307.. Can you suggest what should I do next? Or anything medicine for it

My mother is 56 and she has been dealing with Diabetes(type2) and Hypothyroidism for 10yrs now. Lately she has been complaining alot about body heat issues, sometimes she feels her ears burning almost and her skin is terribly irritated and she scratches it very hard to get rid of the irritation. Upon consultation with dermatologist she gave some lotions for the skin but the body heat issues are not going away. We are dealing with winters and she is not able to wear anything warm, this happens several times a day.

I have recently got my Liver Function Test done. All parameters are normal except for ALT/SGPT which came out to be 58. Is this something to be concerned about? Does this indicate liver damage?

Got covid positive on 30th of August 2020 and taken treatment for a week and told rest for 2 months and started facing fluctuations in sugar levels and using insulin and injections but still not getting into control and increased dose of insulin to 30 morning and 20 night and using VOG LOW-GM2 (glimepride) twice a day daily and hyderoxyzine hydrochloride twice a day for 7 days and Multivitamin tabels. I am also having High BP and using Amlosafe (Amlodipine, Telmisartan & Hydrochlorothiazide Bilayer Tabels) Now I am still feeling problem with infections or something which occurs wounds across entire body mostly on lower body in between legs and on legs and on neck. Do I need to take any extra medicines for this or do I need to consult any specialist? And can he take alchohol on regular basis or irregular basis. Kindly suggest me on this.
