Hi, I am diabetes i just want to know if Janumet 50/500 cause UTI or increase creatine issues or any Kidney issues. Regards Karthik

By itself, Janumet does not cause UTI or kidney problems. If you already have preexisting kidney problems, then the dose of Janumet needs adjustment. Because it is cleared by the kidney.
