Hi, I am taking Diapride M1 before breakfast and Janumet 50/500 before dinner. My current test shows: Fasting 92 PP 121 HBA1C 6.5 earlier it was 8.5 Please suggest if there is a need of changing doses. I am following diet and doing exercise as well No issue with my body but afraid if these doses will lower the glucose level. Pls suggest if need to change medicine

You are on 3 different kind of medicines for your diabetes, but not on the a usual dosage. Newer medication are available that help prevent kidney and heart disease . And usually a maximum of one is used then a second medication added. Also not sure if you have kidney disease, lipid and what is the risk of heart disease. Otherwise it seems to be working at the moment
