Taking this medicine for quite sometime. Earlier I was taking glycomet 1000 along with other medicines. This janumet is quite expensive. Is there any other substitute with reasonable cost and equally effective. Thank you.

Janumet is a sitagliptin which belongs to DDP4i . There are many cheap molecules of DDP4i available in the market . You get Zomelis Met which is relatively cheaper .
