Can I stop taking medicine of diabetes and control high sugar lavel with diet plans...my fasting glucose label was 190 and pp was 305.after 8 days medication it was 108 dand140 respectively...Pls suggest...idon't want to take medicines

Hi I take 88 mcg Thyronorm and my last tsh result is 7.42. Do I have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism? Is it the right medicine because I don't feel better. I can hardly eat anything and when I eat I feel like throwing up and heavy heart palpitations. Pls help.
