Test for Diagnostic Sugars.
Which test is accurate to find prediabetic and  diabetic? FBS,PPBS , RBS or Hba1c or any other test like Insulin test? In normal and  prediabetic range how often check sugars. Regards.

HBA1C by HPLC method is most accurate and reliable test to diagnose prediabetes and diabetes. In normal range, HbA1C with fasting sugar and insulin is recommended once a year, testing at home is not required. In prediabetes, testing fasting sugars once every 2-3 days and HBA1C every 2 months is recommended
