About diabetic medicine
My hb1ac is 5.9 and fasting suger is 105 or pp is 115 .plz reply am I diabetic or I need and diabetic medicine.

Your HbA1C is in the prediabetic range of 5.9 (5.6-6.4 is prediabetic) . There is 15% risk of progression to diabetes each year in absence of intervention. Eating healthy diet and regular moderate exercise is recommended. Medication is not necessary at this time. Would recommended checking A1c in 3 months to monitor progress.
