About diabetes Hanymoon phase ???
In type 1 diabetes Hanymoon phase insulin requirements can be completely off ???( all values are normal fasting - less than 100 , pp is normal and random is less then 90 ) with normal diet and taking sweet many times and with 5 months after diagnosed hba1c goes 4.6 Now 10 months are complete and taking insulin Only for ony 1.5 months ( 20 unit 30/70) premix And all antibody is highly negative ( nill) Is type -1 or type 2 diabetes And symptoms show gradually and weight also decrease very very slowly and with in 10 months 10 kg weight increase please reply

Was c peptide levels which is measure of insulin made by your pancreas checked? Type of diabetes is decided by antibodies and c peptide levels. With antibodies negative, typically it’s less likely to be type 1 diabetes. Also what was the last HbA1C and when was it checked? As sugar levels improve, the weight corrects and tends increase
