My Urinary ACR level was 5.77 mg/g (Normal <30 mg/gm) on 18/05/2025 i.e just before starting Empagliflozin Previously it was 2.84 mg/g on 4/4/2025 Serum Creatinine,Potassium,Urea & USG were all within normal limits on 18/05/2025 i.e just before starting Empagliflozin Taken Empagliflozin 10 mg once a day for 20 days for blood sugar control which has been discontinued since 8 days Noticing foamy & bubbly urine since the last 2 weeks What might be the cause of such  sudden  foamy & bubbly urine as less than a month ago my Urinary ACR level (5.77 mg/g) & other renal parameters were well within normal limits ? Could it be due to Empagliflozin ?

I'm 27 years old and planing to conceive. But a I'm a duabetic patient since 2022. Currently my HBA1c resulr is 6.4% . Is this range is safe..? And what should I care for..?

Today I went for a sugar test (after having morning breakfast, lunch and tea) somewhere around 1:00pm and i came to know that the  glucometer showed 358 !!! then I got my blood pressure checked and it was 113/68... I don't know wether it's diabetes or not ! Even I don't know wether this situation is serious or is it normal ! Some of the symptoms which I face are as follows :- I feel tired all day long. I also have pain and swelling in my legs. I feel uncomfortable. Even eyesight is getting weaker i.e myopia as well as hypermetropia (might be due to age) Under this condition which food should be avoided and which food should I consider ? What lifestyle changes are required? Which medicines should be taken in such case ? What should be the next steps to be taken in such a case ? What precautions are to be taken in such case ? Should I go for a sugar test empty stomach ?

I am searching for the proper diet in diabetes. My sugar level is 280 before meal. Pls suggest what to do.

My father have diabetes..he take regular medicine but his health look down month on month ...sugar in under control but I want some diet plan so his body health maintain with tome

My mother age 63 , recently done blood sugar test , which is Hba1c 8.36. she daily take medicine gp 1. My question is how bad is Hba1c 8.36 and is the gp 1 tablet  sufficient medication or need a higher dose ?

My Suger FBS-126 and PP 184 and Hb1ac-7.4.my Doctor suggest me long acting insulin one shot per day(12 unit) for 3 month with existing medicin.Dr said that it is beneficial and prevent organ damage and also beneficial for Pancreas.I am confuse what should i do.please.

I got unplanned pregnancy with pre existing diabetic of 9.3 HBA1C and 242 fasting sugar. What should do ..will it be my health pregnancy or I need to terminate it?

Hello Doctor, I am non diabetic. During my regular checkup i found my Hb1Ac is 5.15 and Post meal reading is 122 mg/dl but fbs is 108 mg/dl Is this ok? My report is also attached If I am at any risk please guide. I am in tension.

Is it type 1 diabetes? My sister is 31 and has been suffering from a year. Her hba1c 12.5 something. Fasting sugar 300+ after meal sometime 350 and sometime 500 Why itis happening? Please help🙏
