I feel extreme dryness and burning sensation in my feet while laying down. My toes go numb most of the time and I feel extreme pain sometimes in my feet. It also feels like drying up from inside.

Recently got to know about type 2 diabetes...my age is 30 Professional: WFH work Alcohol: Used to drink frequently every day 3 to 4 beer can Sweets: regular morning mithai (in week 4 to 5 days) tea, coffee, rice Currently on medication: tenisave m 20/500, deshclit 7.5 since 1 week Last week test: RBS - 221, PP - 289, HbA1c - 9.4 Please suggest proper food chart and also need to know how occasionally I can drink wishky(as it contain very low sugar to zero)

Hello doctor, My mother is 55 years old. Her fasting blood sugar is 139 and postprandial (PP) is 196. So for further treatment, do we need to do any more blood tests, or can we start medication based on this report?

Hi I have PCOS and got my blood work done. Sugar levels are under range but insulin is 249. I got 35tests under pcod screening and all levels are within average provided range. Can I manage this naturally? I want to avoid medicines as much as possible. Thanks in advance.
