I have been diagnosed with possibly fibromyalgia by the rheumatologist. I have chronic jaw and neck pain with no definite diagnosis yet. Rheumatologist is not sure about the diagnosis and tried different medications. He put me on nerve medicines and I gained lots of weight with those. Tried 4 different medications for a while and none of them helped for my pain..I gained lots of weight from those pills. So the rheumatologist wanted to put me on low dosage of metformin for weight loss now. My recent blood work for hba1c was in December last year and it was 5.9. My physician didn't prescribe any medicine after the blood work and told me to check this value later. I took medicines after this blood work and gained weight. Can we take metformin for weight loss? Is it advisable to take metformin even when we are not diabetic and ok to take for weight loss?

My mother is suffering from diabetes since last 2 years.From few months she starting having foot ulcer .Can you please suggest any cream to heal her wound .

Hi,Last month my blood sugar was Fasting 184 and PP 278 HBA1C 9.8 ,weight 107kg,now  fasting 102 and 139 PP without any medicine only done 3km walking a day and low carb diet,what does this mean ,is my weight has caused this spike,will this go away upon another 25kg weight loss ,can I be normal again,can I eat sweet again? please suggest.i have attached my two results.

I have been prescribed ORLICA 120 mg however after a week I see no oily discharge and no changes in the weight too.initially I had an urge to go to washroom and there used to be a discharge orange colour having oil strains with stool but now it is just a normal stool no changes occurred in weight as well I am diabetic as well since 22years

Dear sir In 2020 , I was affected by covid.afterwards I faced liver enlarged up 16.6 cms. SGOT and SGPT also increased. Now by diet this values came to 20 ans 33. That time I have tested RBS 146 In 30-08-2020( But not observed carefully). On 19-06-2021 FBS 131 and On 22-06-2021 FBS was 117 and PBS was 123. On 03-12-2021 FBS 107 and HbA1C was 6.6 On 04-12-2021 PBS was 124. On 12-02-2022, RBS 93. On 05-04-2022 ,FBS 106 and HbA1C 6.7... Kindly guide me to manage sugar levels RBS and POST blood sugar are normal values. But FBS and HbA1C show high values. Kindly guide me ...and am I affected by diabetic. Age.37 Height 180cms. Doctor, My dad is having blood sugar taking medicines. He is feeling tired for the last two days. Also he is taking medicines for blood sugar, liver, iron tablet,gabawell, telmisartan.
