Dear sir my FBS results is 103 from the past 4-5 months so am i having prediabates,the report which I have uploaded is new test result and still 103.85 so am i diabetes sir and how if so,how to reverse it.Thank you

To confirm diabetes a lot of other things also need to be taken in consideration. Fasting reading of 103 does not mean your diabetic or even prediabetic. More than any amount of food or lack of exercise, stress both physical and mental makes a person diabetic.
