Is diabetes transferable by blood? I do not have diabetes. But my father does. Accidently I cut my finger by blade which my father used for shaving! Is that a problem? Is diabetes transferable?

Mt mother in law is suffering from diabetis and high bp. Recently she was suffering pain in arms and went to physician. Doctor told that this is happening due to vein blood circulation problem and side effect of diabetis. She was not able to move arms. After going to physiotherapist, she is able to move her hand but feeling extreme pain both arms blade. She is on the below medicines 1. Diabetis - AZULIX 2 MF FORTE 2. Allergy - Vozet 3. Gas- Rable + L 4. BP - Amlodac 5. Vein issue - MAXMALA@R FORTE, ALVICORT6, ALTRADAY Please suggest what to do.

My tsh level is 23 but free t3 is 2.88pg/ml and free t4 is 1.55ng/dl which are within the normal range...one doctor says its normal as long as free t3 n t4 remains normal within its range and another doctor says that I have a hypo thyroid since I have a high tsh...so I am really confused.. I am currently on medication for one week of thyronorm 75 mcg every morning... do I have to continue taking this medication for life long?

Diabetes is not under control since 3 month even proper insulin and medicines are going on please sir help us

Two months back diagnosed diabetic my fasting blood sugar 147MG/DL and Random sugar 176MG/DL and Hba1c.6.5. As of now I am not using any treatment only diet and exercise.
