Severe headache diabetic neuropathy frozen shoulder Hip joint pain uncontrolled sugar on insulin past 20yrs diabetic since 30years age 50

We want to know the insulin dose against Blood Sugar level at different intervals of the Day before food. Moreover, is it possible to use tablets instead of insulin, when blood sugar is in between 110 and 250 ? If the answer is yes, please prescribe tablets and dose.

I hv been taking insulin morning 32 n evening 30 novamix 30 penfill from last six months n recently my sugar levels r get high like pasting is 445 n posting is 310 so my doc suggest to take three times a day actrapid morning 20 afternoon 20 n evening 20 n before sleeping lantus bt after taking this Insulin my sugar come down at 55 soI'so find out

My HB1AC was diagnosed 7.2 in November 2016. I was first time fell in the diabetes range.. but due to physical activities and strict diet management...i managed to control my sugar level....in the last 6 months...last HB1AC was normal...means no diabetes...Whether still i have need to take any medicines for diabetes
