My TSH ultrasensitive level 5.39.Is it ok? if not what are the edfects of high TSH level and medicine to control it.

Dear Sir, My father is diabetic and also had bp and heart problem. in the last chat u asked about medicine details. For sugar he is taking Metformin 500mg, Glibenclamide 5mg, B complex. For BP Amlodipine 2.5mg. For heart problem Clopidogrel 75mg, Atorvastation 10mg, Atenolol 50mg,Losartan 50mg, Enalapril 2.5mg. He is taking only govt medicine since 10yrs. His problem is every 2hrs he is feeling hungry.. He had greediness sometime. Kindly advice  any solution for us. Thank you.

The result is as below T3 - 1.62 ng/ml - (Normal 0.5 -2.0 ng/ml) T4- 10.02 ug/dl - (Normal 5.1 - 14.1 ug/dl) TSH - 5.44 mIU/ml - (Normal 0.3 -4.5 mIU/ml) Technique: ELECTRO CHEMILUMINISCENCE I am little worried regarding TSH reading is a bit high compared with Normal range. I have been suffering from chronic stress from last 5 years. I feel depress. My memory also decreased in noticeable levels.
