Sugar level is(fasting ) 151 and 254 after meal .i am taking voglimac gm 1 by dr.h.c mahapatra till 2 years

I have been a patient of hypothyroidism for 15 years now. Have been taking 100 MCG for almost 2 years. My levels were normal. Now in latest thyroid functioning test, TSH values came out to be 7.7 which higher than the normal. T3 and T4 were normal. Can you suggest what dosage of thyronorm should I take now?

I got my fasting sugar 214 and 341 random. My doc suggestions to go on insulin. Now it is cmg 145 fasting and 200random after using insulin since 5 days...i want to know hw many days i have to be on insulin and will the sugar level affect my fetus...

My mom is 54 years old did total Cholesterol checkup biological ref is 150 - 219 her result was 278 is that too high? Please let me know thanks in advance.

My mother is having high sugar from past 10 years ,initially sugar control was good however from last 2 years she is taking Insulin injections as prescribed by Doctor. HB1AC was 9.5. Insulin : Lantus 250 ( 26 at 9 PM ) ( earlier mix tard injections then replace by Lantus ). Her fasting is generally 200+ is the major challenge. Please see attached prescription for more details. Please suggest diet and what else required to make sugar under control , specially fasting sugar. Hi, I'm 31years old female, my weight is 55 kg.  I've been taking thyronorm 50mcg from 1.5 months, Now my TSH is 54mciu/L, FT3 is 3.91 pmol/lit, FT4 is 10.9pmol/lit. Should I consider increasing thyronorm dose ? If so how much I need to take please suggest
