On 24th of May 2017, it was found that my TSH level has reached to 8.54 uIU/ml. So I was prescribed Eltroxin 75 mcg for 60 days. Recently I went for a retest and found the TSH level dropped to 3.14 uIU/ml. So what medicine should I take right now and of what strength? Please suggest.

Past 10 days she use to go urine often. We check her urine it's shows glucose r + then check sugar f 304 pp 555 hba1c 15.4 and average is 395.

My daughter is 14 yrs & has Down syndrome hence we keep a regular monitoring of thyroid levels. Her latest report shows TSH-5.25, T3-113, T4-7.7 Her Doctor says no medication even though TSH is just on the margin & he feels there are no clinical symptoms, she is normal weight 38kg , height 5 feet. About tablet. After i received your advice on 7/8/17 , i took 5mg RAMIPRIL tablet. On 7/8/17 night. Today 8/8/17 morning when i came out from bath room , i have fallen down without my knowledge. Got up within seconds. When checked for BP it is 67/103. However i took Rampril tab. again to daymorning also. Pl advice whether i can continue the tablet . Sir am looking for your advice.
