My diabetes is swinging within 150 to 300 (tested yesterday). I am taking Gemer2, ISTAMET 50/500 daily twice along with 24/18 insulin morning nd night. Hba1c is above 7.5 for last few years. Pls suggest how to keep my sugar level in control. Do I need to change the medicine?

On my left leg, big 3 ulcers has developed, 2 on foot & 1 near ankle......since last 10 months & yet not been ok. Now from last 15 days water is coming out from these wounds failing to keep the drez ointment applied on them. my chappal & bottom of weared pants get completly wet....always feeling burning sensation on my foot.....plz guide me.
