My father (60yrs), a diabetic, affected with ulcer in the left toe, gangrene was removed surgically, and givem antibiotics, but pus formation doesn't stop and wound is not healing with severe pain at times. Please help. Thanks in advance

My thyroid problem got detected 1 year back, since then my thyroid is keep on increasing...earlier i was taking 25mg tab every day and 50mg on sunday...now 15 days back doctor has increased the doses, 50 mg daily and 100mg on sunday...but thyroid got increased...need some expert advice to get thyro down below 3..as of now it is. 7+

My pcv -40.3 g/DL, RBC - 4.53 mill/cumm, Eosinophil -7%, cholesterol- 204 mg/DL ,Triglycerides-216 mg/DL ,HBA1c -6.6% , TSH - 5.7% ,pus cell(urine )- 3-4, RBC (urine) - 3-4 ....plz suggest me what could be diagnosis n reason for it , and prefer treatment if any

Manustruation cycle not on time it could be sometime take 2 month or 2 and half. Why? Sometime if I travel then it would be fine.

Since 2 years i hv noticed a lump in my right thyroid gland.. i have got my thyroid blood test n sonography done 2-3 times.. this time when i did the size of the nodule has increased.. nodule measures 4.7 x 2.5x 3.2 cms.. there r few cystic areas within solid part.. it is composite of two solid nodules..
