I am undergoing medication for type 2 diabetes - also consume alchohal and chewing tobacco. Gave up tablets about 1.5 months ago and sugar levels have increased. What tests do you recommend before i consult a specialist.

My father is 54 years now and he is diabetic from past 10-12 years . Now front pat of below foot started pain and color looks whitish also started slight swelling . Local B.A.Ms sujested that might be Niles and given injunction in alternative days but still the pain and swelling not reduced.

I am a diabetic patient on Insulin.Fasting 170, PP-230.I am not able to sleep at night due to pain in my legs.

About tablet. After i received your advice on 7/8/17 , i took 5mg RAMIPRIL tablet. On 7/8/17 night. Today 8/8/17 morning when i came out from bath room , i have fallen down without my knowledge. Got up within seconds. When checked for BP it is 67/103. However i took Rampril tab. again to daymorning also. Pl advice whether i can continue the tablet . Sir am looking for your advice.

Dear Sir, I am folowwing paleo diet for the past two months. After following paleo my sugar level came down from HbA1c 7.9 to 6.9. But my fasting insulin level shows 85 mU/L the reference vault is 2 to 6. This is very high compared to reference value. Is it really possible to have such a high value.

My wife has thyroid...recently in last month she has feeling a problem in left side of the body..all the leftern side acts like it chews muscle...therefore she always become angery..i dont know to whoom i should prefer..and what is the problem it is actually..please help me..

My father is diabetic since last 10yrs and he is on precaution and some medicines. Since last one year he gets frequent fever which lasts for 2-3days with a frequency of arong 2-3weeks. What should we do get rid of this? Few doctor say it's due to urinary infection and given medicines but it again occurred even after completing course

I am 81 year old lady and suddenly from last six months my Sugar level is high and BP is also high due to this i feel uncomfortable n weak

I am 57.Last year TSH was 4 .This year 4.54.No other symptoms.Do I need to start Thyroxine or get T3 T4 TSH done once again to confirm.
