Hypothyroidism
I am suffering from hypothyroidism. I have 5 months baby. Can I feed the baby if I have thyroids? I am taking 50 mg now. Will it effect my baby in any ways?My TSH is 48 and anti TPO is >600

Findings looks like overt hypothyroidism with autoimmunity which may require a lifelong thyroxine supplimentation. Yes you can continue thyroxine tabs while breast feeding. Dose of thyroxine depends on your weight and TSH 48 suggests you may require to increase dosage.
