I haven't been getting my periods since the beginning of this year. Had to take meds twice to induce it. It has always been irregular. Lots of hairfall. Mood swings. Reports said 200 for Prolactin level. What does this mean?

It means you have hyperprolactinemia. 50% of times its due to pitutary tumor. Other causes are drug induced, physiological or due to hypothyroidism. If you are not on any drugs that can cause high prolactin levels, get your thyroid function done. If normal you should get MRI brain done for pitutary size. If micro adenoma it can be treated with drugs.
