I am suffering loss of hearing for last many hears. I am not able to hear sounds that are low in intensity. Sometimes I can hear that a word is said but not able to recognize it. Can this be due to side effects of TB medication which I had 20 years ago. If yes, Is this curable?

Hearing problem
I hear some sound in my left ear whenever I sleep with my left ear on top (when I have turned right ). The sound is similar to one we hear when water gets into our ear. But I think it is not water because it has been more than 3-4 months since I felt it for the first time.
Is it something serious or just normal?

Nasal polyps/congestion
I have been suffering from sinus/nasal congestion since last 4 to 5 yrs and was recently diagnosed with nasal polyps. I was further advised surgery, which i am not comfortable with. Is there any medicinal treatment or any other way to cure this problem. My congestion gets worse and i have to put otrivin nasal drops.
