Nose bleed

Suffering from nose bleeds since last 10 years. Had septal biopsy and blood tests, no disorder found. Cause of bleed is body heat and weak nerve ending in septum area. Also had rf cauterization two times but only effective for 3-4 months. Plz suggest if there is any permanent or long time solution for this problem
