Voice problem
Actually after taking lunch & even sometimes I'm not able to speak, voice is not getting from throat. At that times I'm generating words with heavy pressure. Sometimes while speaking words suddenly air is only coming instead of sound. Sometimes voice is getting shrillness. I don't know what is the main cause.

Balancing problem.
Sir I underwent a tympano mastoidectomy surgery 4 years ago for CSOM. The post operative results were satisfactory. ..The cavity is excellent with self cleansing wax on recent review. Not on any medications though they prescribed me Vertin 8mg for the imbalance. ..iam not experiencing any spinout or dizziness.

I had Vitamin D issue last year after which I have started getting dis pain under my jaw or behind the ear now my vitamin D is in control but dis pain keep coming and going I have done teeth xray it was fine done my root canal done my throat sonography it was fine except my lymph nodes were big please advise.

Cough & cold exists in my body every time. And also nasal choke. Recently when I approached a local doctor he told that some muscle or something has grown inside the nose causing nasal choke and this requires surgery for removal. But I heard that it will again start after surgery after some days. Suggest
