Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My 7yrs. Old daughter suffering ear pain with fever till yesterday. I have seen white color dirt in theleft ear

I am having pain while chewing or eating for last 5-6 days in my right ear. Its not teeth pain as i was thinking previously, i can feel ear pain clearly. Pls suggest the reason or solution why its causing?

I had a saptoplasty surgery on 18 Feb, but my breathing is still blocked by swollen muscles inside my nose. How.much time it will take to completely heal and to clear my nose???

I have runny nose often. Took ayurvedic medicine and it controlled to some extent. Restriction to many foods with it. Want to check specifically which food arise these allergies. Which specialist I should consult with ?

I am a smoker not heavy but it goes to 2-3 cigrette a day . I started smoking past three years , now i want to loose this habit ,but still sometimes i have pain in my left part of the neck its not regular but still it bothers me sometimes because it last whole day , to get releif i have to make some neck stretches etc I having this problem from last 6 months, Let me know that its not serious and what precaustions should i take.

Allergy in through,coughing for last 15 days and coughing due to this sometimes throat get choked and for 1-2 sec breathing problem

She is frequently having mouth ulcers,due to which she can't even eat,not even sweets ,those come under the tongue,near uvula,or on lips.she even can't speak sometimes due to pain.she is suffering a lot because of that.should she use any medicines or can change in diet help? Please suggest

Hello doc, I m suffering from tonsile since last 6 Days. I have visited to physician on last Monday and prescribed me Amoxicillin antibiotic and suggest me to do garare in warm water with dispersible disprin. No relief at all, not able to eat and drink well. Please advise what to do now?
