Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was clearing out my ear from cotton ear bud After that I noticed that clear fluid coming out from my right ear. Please suggest

White colour pimples in mouth at throat and Scratches in throat. Its getting difficult to take food and water.

By mistake I have taken Sinarest Vapocap Inhaler capsule orally with water.Will it cause any side effect ?

Suffering with sore throat it's painig while swallowing anything cough is stuck like anything...suggest

Have had a chest congestion and bad throat since I returned from Europe as one night I caught the chill when it was 0 degrees. Had a fever on & off for 3 days. It's been now 8 days now the chest congestion and bad throat. Have done morning warm water with salt gargles. Kept away from all cold ears and drinks.

I'm suffering from Wax blockage in ear, because of which am not able to hear anything properly. From my childhood i haven't used any buds or pins to clean the wax. Seeing my current status, i'm forced to use cotton buds or pin to remove the blocked wax. Am afraid to do it. Am worried about my ear drums. Is there any other way to Remove/dissolve the wax without usage of cotton buds or pin etc?. If yes please let me know what has to be done to remove it.

Lot of pain in earlobe. It starting with itching one week back and then yesterday night there was lot of pain and I couldn't sleep the entire night.

I got earache in right ear and pain in the jaw after going for swimming for few days. Pain is not much but it is consistent.Want to see a ear specialist asap.
