Since last two three days I have running nose and sore throat... I've been sneezing and have a pain in my throat. What should I do? I have been having these kinds of problems since childhood.

These are allergic symptoms.Antihistamines and simple analgesics like paracetamol helps. Try to avoid taking spicy fried chilled junk food. Quit smoking if you do. Also avoid dust smokes perfumes pollutants too.
