Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having some discomfort in the left side side of throat from last month the pain sometimes shifts to neck as well , i also have tingling and lost of sensation of left arm as well . Please suggest something .. I belive you doctors are blessing in disguise to mankind. Thankyou .. i ll be waiting with curioisity to hear back from you guys .

I have cold and sinus problem from 4 days.. when ever I get up morning I have pain above my nose.. when I put my head down I feel something is falling from my head, what I have to do to cure this problem?

I am getting dry cough continuosly , i have taken honey and gargaled salt water but i need chemical medicine for instant relief.

Since last two days clot is coming from mouth every 1-2 hour. He is CKD-V patient and I consulted nephrologist then she sugested some chaneg in dilysis and prescribed Dicynene 250 mg TDS for 3 days. Though the frequency has reduced but still the clot is coming.

I have a strange breathing disorder that I am suffering from last 3 months. During the day, I can breathe about 100% through one nostril and 50% through the other. It alternates between nostrils. I do not notice anything unless I hold one of my nostrils closed.  This problem gets worse as I go to sleep.I can breathe about 100% through one nostril and 0% through the other. when I alternate sides, the obstruction alternates as well. 

Having cough from last 1 week. In Nights it Become more painfull to survive . i cant drink in proper way.

I have hearing problem my childhood.the left ear was totally not audible.at my age of 10 years one of the ear doctor was checked the problem n they said me it is the problem in ear.please give solution.

Sir from few days ..i m light sensetive...if get light of phone .tv i get distressed and some prblem...i was diagnosed with eardrum hole few years back but it is alright ...why i m much light sensetive??

My mother (age 51) is facing Vertigo problem fron past few years. It goes and sometimes arises again all of the sudden after span of few months. She is not even able to lie down on bed properly. In every possible position of neck, she faces severe vertigo. What can be the root cause for this? No sounds in her ears.

I have been facing this problem since 4 months even though I am taking medicines it is not curing. I'm having the tablets daily atleast I have to get recovered from but I have been frequently getting the problems of cold and cough.
