I have experienced pain in my right ear with a bit of swelling, but now the swelling has increased n blocking my ear canal

You are suffering from otitis externa due to infection in the external ear cana. It is caused by ear cleaning with unclean objects. See a good ENT doctor , he/she will put an antibiotic ear dressing which is the main stay of treatment.
