Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Some seasons are just a punishment to me as my day starts with a blocked nose and sneezing frequently. I understand that it could be allergy but a person being oversensitive to dust is killing. My nose is blocked, unrest in the head, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose most of the time. When everyone else is enjoying the winters, I really feel like an idiot with all these issues that obstruct my tone and voice and most of all my sleep. Please help with any home remedies also that I can try

Hi I have a very dry cough for the last 7 days. Had been diagnosed with seasonal flu 2 weeks back and doctor had recommended antibiotic for which took full course. While the fever has subsided, the dry cough continues and has got worse in last 7 days. Have frequent bouts of severe cough. What's the recommendation?

Can speech therapy reduce globus sensation problem.one of our doctor suggested to meet sppech therapy pathologist.she felt a lump in throat but endoscopy ,ph 24 hour tests,thyroid,iron progress reports all done they said no problem to her .only problem is that gas refulcting sensation occurs lump .
