Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a problem of nose swelling due to which it blocks air passage ways unable to breath which is leading to fever,body pains etc even after taking medicine like hifenac-p which provide some relief but it is a temporary relief which has been suggested by doctor and before one month i consulted other doctor who gave me odimont-fx tablet which gave me some relief to protect against allergies to cold.My question is does taking odimont-fx for life long will solve problem or else lead to any side effectsin the long run.i Have been using that odimont for past one month no side effect i have actually realised.Plz doctor help me out in this matter. I had underwent sinusitis surgery in Dec-2015 due to one side nostril got blocked and unable to exhale though that nostril. Till date it was fine but since one month problem started again. My ear fills pressure on it. Mucus comes in throat. More mucus comes after meal. And very much headache and heavyness filling in head. Now I want to cure it permanently through homeopathy.

I had a cleft lip which operated at a very early age.Thereafter I had a nasal voice which at times is unclear, so I investigated the issue and found that one of my nostril have a extra opening apart from the one used for breathing. This opening connects to my mouth, I have tested this theory by pushing some water from my mouth towards my nose and it starts to come out of the nostril that consist of the whole. So I wish to enquire for any remedy available for this problem. Can I improve my voice related issues without surgical assistance? If not than is there any surgery done to mend the same?

I've had a sinus headache since the past two days. Even after taking steam, Otrivin nasal spray and Sinarest tablet, the pain doesn't seem to subside. Could it be migraine? No sensitivity to light in the past two days. Please advice.

Hai doctor, since last 5 months I couldn't feel the sweetness of any sweet food. Whatever sweet I eat like chocolate, sweet, ice cream or any other sweet it tastes nothing to me. And from few days I was observing that whatever dish I eat it tastes like there is no salt in it or it contains very less salt to the dish. I was unable to find sweetness and salt in the foods. Right tonsil is swollen with high fever. gargling with salt water. will this enough or any other treatment has to be taken?
