Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

As I woke up in the morning, continuously I start sneezing and this lasts UpTo afternoon and thereafter I'm normal. No cold nothing I feel.

When I m about to ly down on my bed for sleeping I feel whole room is spinning. I think I have vertigo. Could u plz help.

My right nose is block several times also swelling inside so i'm feeling fever, headache, body pain, one year later i was x-ray the doctor said that your nose bone is bend, is it cure hemopathy or not please suggest

Hi doctor, For past 5 months I'm suffering runny nose and as well as blocked nose through out the whole day and couldn't do my work eyes r itching its very irritating. I consulted an ENT she prescribed Allegra 120mg and gave nose spray and ortinoz nasal drops and told me to take for an month but I didn't get recover so suggested me for an surgery .. I went to another ENT for second opinion he told no need for surgery but need to take medication for long period and gave me nasal spray and Xyzal M my problem is still I'm facing the pblm but now not that much but it's really irritating always runny nose and blocked nasal there is any solution for this?
