Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ears are closed for 3-4 days...it was due to cold..i took stream bt of no use..what to do...nd nw i dun hve cld also..

I had extreme vertigo 6 months ago. I was diagnosed with BPPV and was given epley maneuver. That time it cured all the problem but i am feeling spinning sensation again with "sinn.." sound in left ear.. i went through all the tests Audiometry, Brain MRI, etc. All report came out to be normal. Hello doctot i am not able to speak from 5th of September i also did endoscopy by doctors advice and doctor concluded that it is a vocal cord paralysis. which is now recovering but still i am not able to speak as i was used to initially do

I have been having frequent nose bleeding. I went to a doctor and he did a caurtery. Bleeding still persisted and I got another caurtery done. Again bleeding started after a week.

My friend has dust allergy from last 2-3 years and whenever that happens she has running nose, cough, itching nose and other usual issues. She constantly has to use nasal spray during allergy. I feel like something blocking my throat. But not during eating anything. Also I have minimal pain in my left side chest. I couldn't eat properly as very little food makes me heavy. Whom should I consult? ENT specialist? Gastroenterologist? Or Cardiologist?
