Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have always had sinusitis associated cold while growing up. Tried taking a treatment once but the medicines were too strong and the doctor seemed inexperienced. Over the years, I've developed a ringing sensation in my ears and my high frequency hearing deteriorated as per audiometry tests. I'm looking to find out the root cause of the tinnitus and rule out any bigger, more serious problems. I am not open to getting a surgery done for the sinusitis, so I would be happy to not get that advice.

I have a small wide lift nose. How Can I Go About This to Change my Nose with out Sergery. Actually because of nose shap i look very ugly

I am feeling something crawling in my left ear. Both ears getting popped frequently. White/transparent mucus comes in throat. ENT specialist prescribed me montair LC for 10 days and than levoday for 10 days. Than did nasal endoscopy. But found no problem in nasal cavity. He told me the problem is due to allergy. He adviced me to continue avamys nasal spray and salt spray which I am already using since Dec-2015 after fungal sinusitis operation. Also adviced me to inhale steam and practice toynbee maneuver. But problem is still continue. Problem continues for last 2.5 month. My Jaw also feeling pain. My ear got popped frequently. Is there any permanent solution for this problem.

From 3 days I have pain swelling in my right side neck and jaw and ear also effected.. swallowing chewing problem neck movement also effected sore throat noisy mucus ... On the morning time pain got worst on neck and ear....

I already taken medications but there is no relief and my doctor said you have little sinus in your left cheek that's it after I taking the scan of it. Plz provide fast treatment Currently I'm just taking steam 4 times a day

Getting puss from ears when enquired with regular Doctor he said may be because of cold it can be. It continues after cold become normal so wanted to check with specialist for better solution.

I am not hearing properly means 50% hearing capacity. Paining of my ear too. scale generating more. Last few months ago doctors checked my ears but he says everything is normal so please suggest me what to do?

Im having severely pain in laft side of my throat.pain is too much that its effecting my ear. I have done hot salt water gargling. Please suggest some quick relief as its sunday  it will take time to reach to visit a hospital

My right side nose nasal is blocking daily in the morning. To prevent from this i started inhaling the cold from throat and nose. Now it's been added as my habit. I am inhaling the cold and spiting it frequently. If i stoped inhaling i feel like cant breath easily. Please sugges me a best treatment
